Application

Your application process will begin with an initial free consultation, which we will arrange for you with our senior solicitors. This will determine the following:

• The most suited business programme/projects for you
• Your visit to the UK, in order to implement your chosen programme
• Opening of a UK bank account to prepare for transferral of funds

From here, your application will be reviewed by our solicitors before being submitted to the UK Visa Application Centre.

Following the submittal of your application, you may be invited to attend an interview. In this instance, we will support you in your preparation for a successful interview.

We will continue to handle each step for you and fully support you post-interview, helping you to establish your business within 6 months of arrival in the UK, and after your business is set-up – ensuring you a smooth and successful transition to UK life.
